Holiday season is upon us, and it all starts with Thanksgiving! This year we have a lot to give thanks for, being our 5th year in business. You guys have definitely made the journey thus far all the more enjoyable but let’s talk about the feast! Since the Anniversary dinner, Chef Ken has been bathing turkeys non-stop.

The Dinner…

Come celebrate Thanksgiving ith your family and friends in a proper MAYA way, for 325rmb per person we are definitely one of the best value Turkey Dinners in Town. You’ll get a three course dinner with a choice of appetizer; Spiced butternut squash soup or a chilled seafood cocktail ‘a la Veracruz’ followed by by a beautifully executed main dish of Chipotle Butter Roasted Turkey with chorizo chestnut stuffing, green beans with pancetta chilli-cranberry sauce with a side of roasted garlic & cilantro studded whipped potatoes. Finishing up with some Pumpkin Pie Empanadas!! All this plus 1 glass of Etcetra Cabernet Sauvignon & a glass of our now staple homemade spiced egg-nog with dessert!

Turkeys To Go

Also new this year by MAYA will be turkeys to order for takeaway. So if you’re more into staying at home with friends, don’t worry! We also have “to-go-turkeys”!!! 7 - 8kgs roasted turkey birds with chilli-cranberry sauce & mole gravy go for 1200rmb. This will be enough to feed up to 15 hungry people. Available on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th of November - pick up before 5pm. The cut-off date for ordering turkeys will be Monday 25th November before 5pm.
